What We DO

From desk to flight deck

This initiative allows aspiring pilots to achieve their dream in the most financially efficient way whilst driving experience, expertise and staff retention for employers.

The principal objective of the Viridis Pilot Pathway is to overcome the large capital outlay required for pilot training by partnering with the employers of aspiring pilots. Our pathway ensures our candidates complete their training significantly faster than through self-funding all whilst continuing with their roles and responsibilities at their current place of employment. The Viridis Pilot Pathway produces well-rounded pilots with ground-based, real-world aviation experience who are well versed in key skills such as critical thinking, deep analytics and a calmness under pressure.

The Viridis Pilot Pathway is the premier method for developing versatile young adults that will lead the aviation world of tomorrow.
