In collaboration with your employer, we ensure that the Viridis Pilot Pathway aligns with both your training goals and workplace requirements. By coordinating with employers, we establish agreements that support your training and make recommendations regarding your current employment contract. Often, candidates are recommended to move on to a “trainee pilot” contract which can retain your current responsibilities. Our coordinated effort ensures that your journey to becoming a pilot is smooth, supported, and in lockstep with your professional commitments.
With your training plan in place, you'll begin your pilot training while continuing your current job. Our pathway partners with CAA Approved Training Organisations to deliver high-quality education. Throughout your training, we provide continuous progress monitoring and support, including mentorship and regular feedback, ensuring you stay on track towards achieving your pilot certification.
